Eat Healthy For Better Health

Your good health depend upon what you eat . if you eat junk food it would increase fat in your body . it may result obesity ,eating healthy food is the best idea to remain healthy.


consider the following point to learn how to eat healthy?


1. Be careful about how much calorie you are taking during the whole day and how much calorie your body need to function each day?. if you are doing physical work during the day, then you can take more calorie food with lunch.

2. Always try to avoid fatty foods . fatty foods are mainly responsible for increase of cholesterol which invite serious disease like " heart attack". whatever amount of fat you takes burn it by physical work or exercise.




3. Carbohydrate are important part of our diet , for carbohydrate i have already posted on e article " right Carbohydrate for healthy diet" read it.

4.`if you want healthy body then eat less in dinner and eat more in lunch because our body require more energy during the day so if you eat more meal during the lunch , fat come from your lunch , you can burn it through physical work during the day. if you take heavy meal during dinner , you can not burn fat comes from your body and store it in your body which slowly esult obesity. our metabolism slows down towards end of the evening and is less efficient at digesting foods.

5.Breakfast are providing energy during morning, research shows that people who skip breakfast are usually fatter than those who eat a well balanced breakfast.


6. Try to make eating as fun , not to eat alone in front of TV. try to take lunch OR dinner with friend and family. it will help you eat more slowly when enjoying your meal.


7.With healthy eating exercise is also very important exercising does not mean have to be hard and doesn't even have to break a sweat, do some simple exercise.

8.If possible carry water all the time with you . try to drink water in the place of soft drink and other flavoured beverages.

9. Eating right food and exercise daily is much better way to lose weight.
