1.Try to Wake up same time each day and try to sleep same time each day.

2.Before sleep prepare yourself for sleep by taking bath or reading books.

3. Make your bedroom quite and dark

4.Use comfortable matters and pillow.

5.Never do your office work in your bed room.

6. Do not eat anything before two hours of your sleep .

7. exercise every day but avoid before your bedtime.

8. Try to skip caffine , alchol and nicotin before your bedtime.
